  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red chilli flakes, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss in the green onions.
  7. Season with salt to taste, serve hot.
