- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.
