- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
