  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the beef broth and milk, stirring until smooth.
