Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, and almond extracts.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped almonds.
  5. Form the dough into logs and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove logs and let cool for 10 minutes, then slice diagonally.
