  • 3 cups apples, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the apples and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
