- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the whites in a separate bowl.
