Bacon Parmesan & Chive Egg Clouds

Light and fluffy egg clouds topped with crispy bacon and savory Parmesan cheese, perfect for breakfast.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the whites in a separate bowl.
  4. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold in the yolks, cheese, chives, bacon, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and fluffy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the egg mixture.
