- 200 grams Biscoff cookies
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 400 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 grams Biscoff spread
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter.
