Baked Biscoff Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract and Biscoff spread.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve with additional Biscoff spread on top.

Notes
