Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

  • 8 ounces deli ham
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each half.
  4. Layer ham, cheese, and turkey bacon on the bottom half.
  5. Replace the top half of the croissant.
  6. Arrange croissants on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
