Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus and Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Layout a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
  3. Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on the foil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet, then bake for 15-20 minutes.
