Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out sheets of foil and place a salmon fillet on each.
  3. Arrange asparagus around the salmon.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Fold the foil to create a packet and seal tightly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  8. Carefully open the foil packets and serve.
