Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and melted butter to the bananas and stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the banana mixture and mix until just combined.
