Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For added sweetness, feel free to add chocolate chips.
  • These bars can be frozen for up to three months.
