  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Wrap the garlic in foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
  4. Season the bavette steak with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak on both sides.
