- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
