  • 200 grams udon noodles
  • 250 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the beef back to the pan, along with the cooked udon noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
