- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 jar (28 ounces) marinara sauce
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley; mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them.
