  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 jar (28 ounces) marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley; mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve with pasta or on a sub roll.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the meat mixture.
