Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the bowl. Gradually add flour until dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over it.
  7. Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk to create frosting. Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
