  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt.
  4. Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper, cooking until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, mix well, and serve hot.
