A delicious twist on a classic breakfast dish featuring turkey bacon and a rich gravy sauce.

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and fold them into the egg mixture, followed by adding the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some hot sauce to the egg mixture.
  • Substitute regular bacon if preferred.
