Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough for the base
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup prepared sausage gravy
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan and brush with olive oil.
  4. Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  5. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the dough.
