  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
  3. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy, then chop it.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper.
  5. Pour the eggs into the skillet with veggies and scramble until fully cooked.
  6. Add chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham, mixing well.
  7. Warm flour tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds.
  8. Assemble the burritos by placing the egg mixture and shredded cheese inside each tortilla.
  9. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve warm.
