Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
  4. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Form dough into small biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
