Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, protein powder, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving or freezing.
