8 slices brioche bread
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt.
Cut the brioche into cubes and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the brioche, pressing down to soak all the bread.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
