- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough, prepared
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
