  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  4. Spread the chocolate mixture over the brownie layer.
  5. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
