Cajun Shrimp Grilled Cheese – Spicy, Cheesy & Comfort Food with a Kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, such as cheddar or pepper jack
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook the shrimp until pink.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer cheese and shrimp between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
  5. Cook on a skillet until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
  • Use a mix of cheeses for different flavors.
