Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add steak tips, seasoning with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until browned and cooked through, then remove from heat.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked rigatoni and steak tips into the sauce; mix well.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate steak tips in Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
  • Feel free to add vegetables such as bell peppers or mushrooms to the dish.
