  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
