  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in chopped apples and cinnamon.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and let cool.
