  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots and diced apples.
  2. Add the raisins and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the carrot and apple mixture.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
