Cheesy Egg & Bacon Casserole

A delicious and easy cheesy egg and turkey bacon casserole perfect for breakfast.

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 diced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add in the cooked turkey bacon, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
