  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
