  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the frozen peas.
  6. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk, salt, and pepper to form a dough.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the boiling mixture.
  8. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
