  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the chicken and avocado mixture on two slices of bread.
