Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups cooked noodles, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, ham, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together until well mixed.
  5. Fold in the cooked noodles gently until everything is combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free noodles.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
