- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese
