  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden on the outside.
