  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Slowly pour in chicken broth, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. Add shredded chicken, peas, thyme, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
