Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool completely before filling with peanut butter mixture.
  8. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fill each cupcake with the mixture.
