Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing.
