- 1 sleeve Saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange Saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour the butter mixture over the crackers evenly.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the toffee, wait 5 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over chocolate.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
