- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
