  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime zest, lime juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper to make the slaw.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the skillet.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with creamy slaw.
