Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the cinnamon roll dough and flatten each piece with a rolling pin.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Dip each flattened cinnamon roll in the egg mixture, then roll it up.
  5. Place the roll-ups in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
