  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until the dough forms a ball.
  4. Allow cooling slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
