  • 1 pound cod fish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet and place the cod fish on it.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and sprinkle with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
