  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the crumbled turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the blended cottage cheese mixture and simmer over low heat.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, and toss to coat with the sauce.
  6. Stir in the turkey bacon, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

  • For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of heavy cream.
