- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.
- In a large skillet, cook the crumbled turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
