  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a spoonful of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
