- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon to the sauce, stirring until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
