- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese; mix until combined.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon; toss to coat.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
